1999 – Formed as Telecom Eireann Services Limited (TESL) in conjunction with Telecom Eireann (now Eir), and commence work on a number of contracts.
2000 – UK Operations established after successfully winning contracts with BT.
2003 – Becomes sole supplier to Eir for all Network build and maintenance
2006 – MUSIL wins €20m Design & Build Cork Non-domestic Metering Contract, and commences 15 year €20m Operation & Maintenance contract.
2005 – TESL purchased by the UK multi-national Morrison Utility Services Ltd. and renamed Morrison Utility Services Ireland Ltd (MUSIL).
2011- MUSIL completes an investor backed MBO, and is now wholly Irish owned.
2007 – 2010 MUSIL expands into the Electricity and WiFi sectors.
2013 – MUSIL commences its rebranding, becoming Morrison Mainline Ltd (MML).
2012 – MUSIL establishes its Field Support Services division.
2014 – MML reaches 40,000 plus Home and Business installations, across its WiFi and Electricity Meter contracts.
2013 – MML in a JV with J Murphy & Sons wins two of the Domestic Metering Contracts, and commences the installation of 250,000 water meters.
2014 – Mainline Networks established to serve the increasing B2B WiFi sector.
2015 – Mainline Power established as part of the acquisition of McCarthy Utility Solutions Ltd, and commences work on several Windfarm and Sub-station projects.
2015 – MML completes the rebranding process and is now Mainline Group
2016 – Mainline commences Airside Framework Projects with the DAA.
2017 – By Jan 262,000 water meters are installed on the JV Irish Water Domestic Metering Contract (over a 3 year period).
2018 – Mainline Wireless becomes Mainline Networks Ltd. T/a Connect2Fi, which was established in conjunction with Shane Deasy (formally of BitBuzz).
2019 – One million meter reads collected in the Cork Meter Reading Contract.
2019 – Mainline begins EBOP Contract with Nordex for 73 Turbine Windfarm in Sweden
2019 – Mainline celebrates 20 years in business
2020 – Mainline begins delivery of the full electrical package of runway works.
2020 – Mainline experiences significant growth across its core business, with the Mainline Team now exceeding 100 (excluding Sub-contractors).
2020 – Mainline Networks Ltd. T/a Connect2Fi sold, as part of our strategy to focus on core business delivery – Best of luck Shane and the Connect2Fi Team
2020 – Mainline begins a 5 year meter reading Contract for Irish Water in the Connacht and Ulster Regions.
