Within the “clean-boots” technical operations sector of our business, and in conjunction with our Wireless business, our Field Support Services Division (specialising in In-home/business Installations and Maintenance) has grown significantly over the last number of years.
Like the “dirty-boots” construction sector of our business, in Field Services we again operate across the Water, Electric and Telecoms utility sectors. Some of the projects we are currently working on, or have worked on historically, are detailed below. In addition to these we will also shortly be commencing significant Customer-side leakage investigation works within the Water Sector.
As you can see from the projects below, much of the works undertaken by Mainline Group are customer-facing and carried out in sensitive locations. Therefore we fully understand the drivers towards Customer Service Excellence and high levels of Customer Satisfaction, and we are constantly striving to deliver step changes in this area, via effective training, and the implementation of new systems and processes.
